Within the United States
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

International Orders
Duties, VAT, and import taxes are collected by your country upon delivery. These fees can be steep and are not included in your order total—they’re the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped within 5–7 business days (a bit longer during busy periods or if noted on the product page). You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the move.

Pre-orders
If you’ve pre-ordered a piece, a more specific timeline will be noted on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit (not refunds to original payment) and are subject to a $6 restocking fee to help cover processing and shipping. Exchanges are free—we’re happy to help you find something you love. To start a return or exchange, email info@mamalehjewelry.com with your order number. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order says “delivered” but it’s not, start by checking with your building, a neighbor, or USPS—it’s often nearby or arrives a day or two later. Still no luck? Email us with your order number and we’ll help you look into it. Once a package is marked delivered, we can’t guarantee a replacement—but we’ll always do what we can.
