Customer Care

Care

Mamaleh jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed. That said, to keep your baubles shiny and fresh, we recommend avoiding the following while wearing our jewelry: showering, swimming, exercising, spraying perfumes or rubbing lotion directly on the jewelry. Store carefully to keep jewelry clean and protected.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mamaleh does not take responsibility for packages lost or stolen during transit or upon arrival. All claims must be filed through the carrier your package was shipped with. Once items have been fulfilled and shipped, it is in the carrier's hand to get your items to you swiftly and on time. We always request delivery confirmation from carriers once packages have been delivered and that serves as our official notice that our products have successfully reached their destination. After receiving official word from carriers, we are not responsible for missing items.

Can I return my purchase or gift?

Eligible purchases can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item within 30 days after receiving your item.

Custom and/or made-to-order jewelry, and items purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale and ineligible for exchange or return.

Merchandise that has been altered and/or used/worn cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I start a return/exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mamalehjewelry.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@mamalehjewelry.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
